Product Description:
The machine tool features a compact structure with small footprint. It adopts an integrated flat bed guide structure and 30° inclined saddle, equipped with a hollow hydraulic rotary cylinder, hollow hydraulic three-jaw chuck, multi-station hydraulic tool turret, and hydraulic tailstock. The machine can be automated as a standalone unit with a gantry robot or connected in multi-machine lines for unmanned machining.

3.X/Z-axis ball screws adopt pretensioned nut structures and angular contact bearings to enhance rigidity, thermal resistance, and feed accuracy.
4.X/Z -axis adopts servo motors directly coupled to ball screws, guaranteeing high precision transmission.
5.X/Z -axis adopts large span ball guide rail, good rigidity, low damping, high precision, smooth operation
6.Features 8-station horizontal hydraulic turret with high precision, excellent rigidity, and rapid tool change capability.
7.Hydraulic chuck clamping/release and tailstock sleeve extension or retraction can be controlled by foot in addition to program control, convenient and fast
8.Centralized automatic oil lubrication with quantitative distributors ensures uniform lubrication of guides and ball screws, reducing friction, improving motion accuracy, and extending component lifespan.
9.Advanced oil-water separation system enables independent lubricant recovery for environmental compliance.
10.Hydraulic sleeve retraction and extraction controlled by program enables automated operation, saving time and labor.
11.Rear-mounted coolant tank and chip collection box ensure smooth chip removal and easy cleaning.
