The CK30E/CK30 series high precision come type CNC Lathe adopts an integrated flat bed design with a compact structure and small footprint. Equipped with a pneumatic spring collet and dovetail comb type tool post , it enables convenient tool adjustment and rapid, accurate tool changes. The tool post plate integrates an automatic material-pulling device, facilitating automated machining through the CNC system. A Y-axis side milling servo power head can be optionally added to achieve turning-milling composite machining based on user requirements.

 Features:

1.The spindle bearing use precision angular contact ball bearings in a front-three/rear-two layout, with dynamic balancing correction and run-in testing for low temperature rise, minimal thermal deformation, smooth operation, and stable accuracy.

2.Workpiece clamping adopts linear cylinder and draw-back clamp, clamping reliable.

3. X/Z-axis ball screws adopt pretensioned nut structures and angular contact bearings to enhance rigidity, thermal resistance, and feed accuracy.
