1.Integrated flat bed structure and 30 °inclined bed saddle, large rotary diameter.

2. The spindle bearing use precision angular contact ball bearings in a front-three/rear-two layout, with dynamic balancing correction and run-in testing for low temperature rise, minimal thermal deformation, smooth operation, and stable accuracy.

3.Workpiece clamping employs a hollow rotary cylinder and draw-back collet, ensuring reliable grip.

4.The secondary supporting bearing of X / Z- axis ball screw adopts special angular contact bearing, with small heat deformation and high feeding accuracy.

5.X/Z -axis adopts servo motors directly coupled to ball screws, guaranteeing high precision transmission.
