Product Description:
CK46P series slant bed comb type CNC lathe adopts integrated slant bed structure, 45°slant guideway equipped with hydraulic hollow rotating cylinder and draw-back collet and comb type tool post; achieves IT6-grade machining accuracy for variety of internal and external cylinder surface, cone surface, arc surface, male British thread and other processes processing.
Features
1.45° integral slant bed base structure ensures excellent stability and vibration resistance.
2. The spindle bearing use precision angular contact ball bearings in a front-three/rear-two layout, with dynamic balancing correction and run-in testing for low temperature rise, minimal thermal deformation, smooth operation, and stable accuracy.
3.Workpiece clamping employs a hollow rotary cylinder and draw-back collet, ensuring reliable grip.
4.X/Z-axis ball screws adopt pretensioned nut structures and angular contact bearings to enhance rigidity, thermal resistance, and feed accuracy.
5.X/Z -axis adopts servo motors directly coupled to ball screws, guaranteeing high precision transmission.
6.X/Z -axis adopts precision linear guides for high rigidity, low damping, exceptional accuracy, and smooth motion.
7.High-performance centralized automatic lubrication system ensures timely lubrication of all
guides and screws.
8.Widened T-slot tool post plate expands tool capacity, enabling easy tool holder adjustment and
rapid, precise tool changes.
9.Side and rear chip removal options provide flexible configuration for optimal machining efficiency.
